Job Responsibilities:
Sales: Ensure 100 sales process implementation and compliance Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales)Customer Service: Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT Improve overall customer experience (VOC Customer NPS Mystery Audit Score) and take corrective actions based on customer feedbackContinuous Learning: Keeping updated on product knowledge promotions and processes Attending trainingsProcess: Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category
