What youll do:
- Manage the LivingWell team (both volunteers and employees) coaching and developing them to deliver an exceptional recreational experience.
- Provide a diversified recreational program in a pleasant safe and creative environment.
- Build solid relationships with Residents families management and other team members.
- Promote Delmanor Wynford as you foster partnerships in the community.
What you bring:
- 2 years current experience in leading or working in a recreation department and experience working with older adults
- A certificate diploma or degree in leisure and recreation and pursuit of ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements including those around Health & Safety.
