Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Product & Project Management Expert fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Alignment of current processes with the PM2 Agile processes;
- Prioritize and sequence the product backlog;
- Participates in project planning daily standup meetings (SCRUM);
- Participates to retrospectives sprint and release planning demos and other Scrumrelated meetings;
- Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
- Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen requirements gathering methodology and review their deliverables related to Product Management.
Requirements
- Masters degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- At least 4 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies in large enterprise projects;
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management;
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management;
- Experience in the use of M365 Microsoft project and Sharepoint online tools;
- Excellent knowledge of PM2 and PM2 Agile;
- Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA Confluence BigPicture Gliffy Balsamiq etc.;
- Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
- Good knowledge of Information System development lifecycles SDLC (waterfall spiral agile models);
- Following certificate is required: Certified SCRUM Product Owner or PM advanced certification or equivalent;
- Excellent command of the English language..
