Job Description
- The Citrix Administrator is part of a team responsible for the effective implementation and operations of the Departments Citrixbased systems across the Department including installation integration and maintenance performance tuning and problem management
- Demonstrated experience in Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop administration including application deployment maintenance and operational support Support the deployment of fixes and changes into the production environment
- Use work instructions/procedures to effectively and appropriately identify categories and triage user / technological issues.
Location: Kittery ME The position is full time remote but will require a 1 week onboarding onsite. The company will pay for the travel.
Certification: IAT II / CompTIA Security CE
Security Clearance: Active Secret or Higher
Education Level: Nice to have Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience: 5 years
