About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer who is passionate about cybersecurity. In this role you will learn to articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed and why they are failing so that you can provide value to potential customers. You will be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with a nextgeneration endpoint technology.
Our Sales Engineers service our Corporate segment and they partner with our Account Executives to acquire new logos.
What Youll Do:
Be the expert in endpoint or network security space eg. AV EDR incident response forensics SIEM firewall HIPS/IDS etc.
Solid understanding of Windows macOS and Linux operating systems.
Articulate basic security problems to a diverse set of audiences.
Strong selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
Work collaboratively with Sales Marketing Support and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
Conduct demonstrations and proof of values with ability to present technical concepts to a variety of external audiences up to Clevel executives.
Effective time management and organizational skills are a must.
What Youll Need:
Fluent/Business level English language.
Fluent/Business level French and/or Polish and/or Czech and/or Croatian language
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment on multiple engagements.
2 years or equivalent experience in support consulting or systems engineering Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skills.
Communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills both internally and externally.
Problemsolving skills ability to analyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution often under duress.
The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.
A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.
Bonus Points:
Technical understanding of incident response computer forensics network administration and management and endpoint security including antivirus solutions.
Malware analysis experience and Cybersecurity expertise a plus.
MEDDIC/Value Selling Aware.
