Job Description

About the Role (Responsibilities)

  • Own the below the line value budget including forecasting and sign off of valuebased campaigns
  • Lead and deliver a personalised and targeted generosity strategy that drives actives growth helps the business hit budget and win market share
  • Ensure dedicated team resourcing focus and budget allocation to supporting Sportsbet OKRs
  • Oversee the weekly BTL campaign across the team to deliver seamless value experiences and clear messaging through communications as part of 8week plans
  • Customer economics Take a balanced and customer view in deciding which customer economics initiatives are put into market
  • Help manage the experimentation backlog and prioritise BTL experiments that will better inform our allocation strategy
  • Provide BTL team support in Go to market planning for key events
  • Drive strong governance and optimise key processes across BTL campaign ensuring team resourcing is adequate across the week
  • Lead the team that operationalises our model driven generosity capability
  • Performance Prioritise key areas of performance and remain agile in our approach to business results. Contribute to snr momentum forums and reporting requirements
  • Budgeting Collaborate closely with finance business partners in reporting forecasting and reacting to budget results
  • Customer research work closely with our research team ensuring that all key value experiments are informed through a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Stakeholder management Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with Marketing Trading Partnerships legal compliance ops Premium and finance

About You

  • Experience in working with a very wide variety of stakeholders across a complex / matrix organisation

Experience

  • 5 years experience in Commercial Customer Management Role
  • 3 Years as a people leader
  • 2 years generosity and merchandising experience preferred
  • Experience in budget ownership and management
