The opportunity

As a Junior Consultant within our Identity & Access Management / Digital Identities (IAM) team you will be supported in learning and developing your technical and processoriented skills while assisting our clients with their identity and security needs. You will work alongside an international team of specialists to help our clients with their information security requirements and contribute to their business resilience.

Skills and attributes for success

• 01 years of experience or academic background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Digital Identities.
• Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint Savyint CyberArk Active Directory/Entra ID Okta and other similar solutions.
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts like provisioning access control and user lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) and Single SignOn (SSO) solutions.
• Exposure to technologies like LDAP Active Directory or cloudbased identity platforms.
• Understanding of rolebased access control (RBAC) and access governance principles.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the field of IAM with a focus on security and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.

Ideally youll also have

• Good communication skills in French
