Job Description
As part of our efforts to provide high quality products and exceptional service The Green Air Group is actively seeking a Plumbing Service Dispatcher. This position has potential for growth within our company. The ability to provide a high level of customer service is essential to this position. We are looking for a team player who is committed to providing excellent customer service while working in a safe timely and professional manner.
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
- Receive incoming calls from customers regarding service calls.
- Clear and concise communications with the Service manager employees and company customers including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested leadtimes.
- Creating sending and tracking invoices for Client/Owners.
- Make outgoing calls to schedule maintenance and/or reminder calls to ensure the technicians schedule will be efficient.
- Represent the company professionally honestly and ethically in all business matters and activities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented punctual and work well within a team.
- Initiate tasks and execute accurately.
- Ability to administer multiple tasks independently and concurrently.
- Team player with selfconfidence and professional presence.
- High degree of maturity and business judgment.
- Possess a positive attitude and work ethic.
- Knowledge of plumbing industry is recommended.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic selfmotivated and dedicated to highquality work.
- This is an onsite position in Freeport Florida.
- The job schedule will include occasional weekends to support oncall technicians.
Experience & Education/Certification:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Benefits
$20.00 to $25.00 an hour commensurate with experience and full benefits package including medical vision and dental insurance paid time off and holidays.
