Heres Where You Come In
We are currently seeking Assistant Account Managers to join our Commercial Lines team. In this role youll be supporting a Senior Client Account Manager by working closely on client service needs participating in the renewal preparation process helping to coordinate Support Specialist duties (certificates of insurance endorsements auto identification cards and the like) as well as navigating carrier websites to obtain needed information.
Youre Great At
Ideally you will have at least one year of experience in P&C insurance preferably commercial lines in a customer service or analytical support role focused on proactive accurate and responsive follow through. Youll need solid skills in Outlook Word and Excel. Demonstrated attention to detail adherence to deadlines and organizational skills are essential. A current Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within sixty days of hire.
