JOB TITLE: Cleaner
LOCATION: LONDON ENERGY LTD London N18 3AG
PAY RATE: 13.15 per hour
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday Saturday 48 hours per week

Main Duties& Responsibilities:
This role will include a variety of duties:
- Tocleanand maintain the site as per the scope of work.
- To wear company uniform/PPE at all times whilst on shift.
- To ensure that all cleaning duties are conducted strictly by our standards so that quality work is delivered fully meeting/exceeding our clients expectations.
- To ensure that all work undertaken is strictly conducted by LondonEnergy and ABMs Health and Safety demonstrate their commitment to the fact that eachLondonEnergy/ABM employee has a personal responsibility for their health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions.
- To perform cleaning duties as directed bythe site management/supervisory team and ABM contracts manager.
- To consider the work undertaken and wherever opportunities for improvements to working practices exist putting forward suggestions so that continuous improvement is the norm.
- To work in an initiativetaking manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so.
- To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/ operationally required.
Person Specification:
To ensure exemplary standards in respect of the cleaning service are provided atLondonEnergy sites and customer service to the public isalways delivered. Colleagues are supported and assisted so thatteamworkthrives.
The post holder will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest cleaning standards arealways adhered to. Professionaland proactively a good team player.
Essential:
- Experience in using motorised equipment
- Effective communication skills both verbal andwritten.
- Good customer care skills.
- Smart Clean Appearance.
- Able to work on own initiative.
