This is a really exciting time to join our Halfords Garage Services team. As a Customer Service Advisor youll be the welcoming face for our customers handling job bookings in our inhouse system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
IT literate
Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
Experience working towards and achieving targets
Ideally experience in an Autocentre environment
Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points
