Friday 1p 9:30p Saturday 10:30a 7p Sunday 8:30a 6p Monday 8:30a 6p
Essential Duties: Hotel rooms/suites daily according to company standards including vacuuming sweeping and mopping floors; dusting brushing polishing and vacuuming furniture; dusting and cleaning room decorations appliances and structural surfaces; cleaning showers tubs sinks and bathrooms items;making beds removes used and replaces guest room amenities as necessary etc. information to guests about hotel services facilities and other available amenities in a courteous accurate manner. all room maintenance items to supervisor. 4 Collects payment from guests checking in and out of the hotel. 5 Processes hotel arrivals and departures. 6. Inspects rooms cleaned by housekeepers to ensure that they are meeting standards. 7 Creates daily assignment lists for housekeepers to assign rooms and tasks. 7. After inspecting rooms follows up with housekeeping team directly with constructive criticism and coaching. 8 Responds to hotel reviews on third party sites.
Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Greets all guests in corridors. Projects a professional image of the hotel. Has a friendly personable style with guests and anticipates customer needs. Responds promptly and follows through on guest requests and complaints in effective and friendly manner. Maintains and controls proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Works with guests to resolve service related issues and concerns. Reports and turns in all lost and found items to supervisor. Communicates all cleaned rooms/suites to the inspector or supervisor. Adheres to guest room key control procedures. Submits accurate room status at the end of the shift. Maintains linen closets in a neat and clean manner. Maintains cart in a neat clean and organized manner. Properly stock cart for the next days work.
