JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Technology leader to drive the strategic direction implementation and optimization of the Finance Technology roadmap ensuring alignment with the organizations goals and Finance strategy. This leader is accountable for the technology teams implementing and supporting Finance systems solutions across ERP EPM PPM Cx and ancillary areas. In partnership with businessstakeholders the VP Finance Technology will lead the organizations transition from PeopleSoft to Cloud ERP. They will drive strategy and governance for the Cloud ERP implementation ensuring seamless integration with financial operations compliance and business objectives. The VP will closely collaborate with Global Technology Security Finance and other stakeholders to modernize finance systems optimize processes and enable a datadriven decisionmaking culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud ERP implementation management project delivery and team leadership.

CANDIDATEPROFILE EducationandExperience Required:

  • Bachelorsdegreeincomputer science or related field.
  • 12yearsofapplicationdevelopmentand/ or higher including:
    • 5 years experiencemanagingERP systems (like Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP) and integrated technology platforms
    • 5 years experience leading large scale implementations of Oracle ERP and related technology.
    • 5 years experience leading API development and delivery system configuration and custom extensions of standard software in the Finance technology space
    • 5 years experience with custom development in an enterprise solutions technology stack
    • 5yearsrecentexperiencewithdevelopmentmethodologiesaswellasfamiliaritywithnewemergingdevelopmentframeworks
    • 2 years experience managingcomplexbudgetsexceeding$30M indirectand/orindirectcosts
  • Significant experience leading product roadmap discussions and support plans with vendor teams.
  • Experience leading and managing cloud native technologies to drive enterprise systems transformation.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and partnering with business and IT teams to deliver on Finance technology roadmap items
  • Experience with analytics and data warehouse concepts in a cloud environment.
  • Directmanagementofcrossfunctionalsourcedormatrixedteams.
  • Experience managing service provider teams in a global environment.

Preferred:

  • Graduate/postgraduatedegree in computer science or related field
  • ProvenexecutiveexperienceinimplementingFinance systems for companies that have a large global workforce.
  • Experiencewith Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Oracle PaaS.
  • Demonstratedsuccessleadinglargescaleinitiatives and transformations.
  • ExperiencewithandknowledgeofIToutsourcingactivitiesinamanagedservicesenvironment.
  • Thoroughunderstandingofapplicationintegrationmaintenancearchitecturalintegrityavailabilityqualityassuranceandperformanceof applications.
  • ProvenknowledgeofSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC)methodology and experience with Atlassian and similar software for Agile delivery.
  • Strongprocessmanagementnegotiatinginfluencingandproblemresolutionskills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop Technology Vision: Define the technology roadmap for finance systems ensuring alignment with enterprise and finance strategy.
  • Cloud ERP Implementation: Lead the journey to Cloud ERP and EPM from a tech perspective including technology solution planning budgeting and .
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in finance systems and Cloud ERP/EPM to recommend and implement innovations.
  • Change Management: Drive cultural and operational change within the organization to adopt new technologies effectively.

  • Technology Oversight
    • Implementation Management: Oversee Cloud ERP EPM implementation ensuring a future forward technology solution alignment with business needs timelines and quality standards.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between GT finance and leadership to ensure shared understanding and support for the Cloud ERP initiative.
    • Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with ERP vendors and service provider partners ensuring service quality.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Technology Solutioning and System Integration: Drive a robust scalable and sustainable technology solution for Cloud ERP/EPM ensuring cloud native frameworks and design utilizing GT approved architecture patterns. Design and drive solutioning for seamless integration of Cloud ERP and EPM with other key organizational systems.
    • Data Governance: Establish policies and frameworks for financial data accuracy security and compliance.
    • Performance Monitoring: Oversee performance metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency and impact of finance systems.
  • Team Leadership
    • Team Building: Build and lead a team of technology professionals specializing in finance systems engineering and Cloud ERP.
    • Skill Development: Ensure the GT team has technical and functional expertise to meet evolving organizational needs.
    • Collaboration: Foster collaboration between GT finance and vendor(s) to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Systems Compliance: Ensure Cloud ERP EPM and broader finance technology ecosystem meets regulatory and SOX requirements.
    • Security: Ensure access control roles and responsibilities are designed and implemented appropriately with least privileged access principles in mind.
    • Disaster Recovery: Work with vendors to manage and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Financial Stewardship
    • Budget Management: Plan and manage GT budget for finance systems including vendor contracts as applicable.
    • Cost Optimization: Identify cost saving opportunities and continuous improvement options for bringing about operational efficiencies.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Continuous Improvement: Establish a roadmap around continuous improvement and innovation aligned with finance strategy.
    • User Experience: Prioritize improved user experience with Cloud ERP and integrated broader finance ecosystem to drive adoption and efficiency.
The salary range for this position is $177100 to 265900 annually. In addition to the annual salary the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
