Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is working with a luxury client in Southern California and we are looking for a hotel Regional Finance Director.
The Work:
Manage finance department operations: Payroll AR AP Collections General Ledger
Guide train and lead finance team
Budget management and reporting
Knowledge and understanding of financial policies and procedures
Plus additional duties as required
What youve already done (requirements):
Minimum of 6 years as a Regional Finance Director with multiple properties and outletsrequired
B.A. Degree required CPA preferred
Previous success withfullservice branded and luxury hotels
Team player and analytical with the ability to multitask
Excellence in business ethics and integrity
