Job Description

Our Stables KGB Attendants are a key component to the colleague experience at Chateau Lake Louise offering a friendly face and warm food at the end of a working day. Stables KGB operates 365 days a year primarily servicing the staff of Chateau Lake Louise.

Pay Rate: $19.47/hour

Job Duties Include:

  • Perform kitchen duties such as peeling and cutting vegetables preparing pizza dough working the line and cooking food orders
  • Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and quality
  • Ensure that food production handling and storage are in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Maintain an accurate cash float
  • Take food orders and serve guest in store and by phone

Qualifications :

  • Food preparation/culinary experience required
  • Working knowledge of commonly used industrial kitchen equipment
  • Experience in cash handling and use of a POS (eg. Micros) an asset
  • Ability to consistently walk and stand for long periods

You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other nonday shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
