Job Description
Our Stables KGB Attendants are a key component to the colleague experience at Chateau Lake Louise offering a friendly face and warm food at the end of a working day. Stables KGB operates 365 days a year primarily servicing the staff of Chateau Lake Louise.
Pay Rate: $19.47/hour
Job Duties Include:
- Perform kitchen duties such as peeling and cutting vegetables preparing pizza dough working the line and cooking food orders
- Adhere to standardized recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure that food production handling and storage are in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain an accurate cash float
- Take food orders and serve guest in store and by phone
Qualifications :
- Food preparation/culinary experience required
- Working knowledge of commonly used industrial kitchen equipment
- Experience in cash handling and use of a POS (eg. Micros) an asset
- Ability to consistently walk and stand for long periods
