Job Description

What Would You Do The Specifics.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in digital marketing efforts.
  • Oversee daytoday management of paid digital campaigns (Search Display Video and Programmatic).
  • Develop execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads Microsoft Ads and other platforms to drive customer acquisition revenue and grow brand visibility.
  • Lead paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and emerging channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI drive site traffic and increase appointment bookings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital marketing agency ensuring alignment on strategy and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure campaigns meet quality standards and deliver results.
  • Monitor campaign performance analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership showcasing KPIs trends and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative Ecommerce Analytics IT) to align messaging targeting and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

 

Work Experience

  • 6 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid digital and social media. (Required)

Education

  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience. in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. (Required)
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)


Additional Skills

    • Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies. (Required)
    • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Programmatic tools). (Required)
    • Analytical mindset with experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics etc.. (Required)
    • Ability to analyze paid search performance metrics to identify trends optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI (Required)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. (Required)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. (Required)
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and reporting dashboards. (Required)
    • Experience in the retail healthcare or optical industries. (Preferred)
    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront (a plus). (Preferred)
