Key Responsibilities:
Research Management: Contribute to and execute research plans utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather actionable insights. Manage research activities ensure data accuracy and manage external vendors when necessary.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Synthesize research findings into clear actionable reports and presentations that align with project and client needs. Communicate insights effectively to both internal teams and clients.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate on detailed project plans monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Documentation & Process Optimization: Maintain organized project documentation and continuously improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and accuracy. Collect feedback and implement improvements to enhance future project performance.
