Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Facility: Hillcrest Center
Address: 1245 Church Rd Wyncote PA 19095 United States
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $54/hr (W2 $75.5/hr 1099
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Hillcrest Center is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to provide highquality rehabilitative care to residents. The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing and implementing patientcentered therapy plans to promote mobility relieve pain and restore function.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine functional levels and identify rehabilitation goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Use exercises handson therapy and equipment to improve patient mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
