Job Title: RN Unit Manager
Facility: Sedgewood Commons

Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $66 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Description: Sedgewood Commons is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a 13week contract. The ideal candidate will lead nursing staff ensure quality patient care and maintain regulatory compliance in a supportive rehab setting.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations
Lead train and support nursing staff on the unit
Oversee patient care plans and ensure quality outcomes
Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards
Handle staffing scheduling and unit organization
