Job Description
Job Title: Director of Rehab
Facility: Parc Place Medical Resort
Address: 1400 E Memorial Rd Oklahoma City OK 73131 United States
Contract: Permanent
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Range: COTA/PTA: $30$35 PT/OT/SLP: $35$45
Parc Place Medical Resort is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehab to lead and oversee rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will be a licensed PTA COTA PT OT or SLP with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the rehab department
Supervise and support therapy staff (PTs OTs SLPs assistants)
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Ensure compliance with state federal and facility policies
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all services
Participate in staff development and performance evaluations
