Job Description
Job Titile : Project Manager
Location : Phoenix Arizona (Hybrid)
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance TechnoFunctional Project Manager with expertise in Oracle General Ledger (GL) migration within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking finance processes regulatory requirements technology solutions and handson experience managing largescale Oracle GL migration projects. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge business acumen and project management expertise to successfully lead crossfunctional teams and ensure seamless data migration and system integration.
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of experience in finance technology project management with a strong focus on Oracle GL migration in the banking industry.
Handson experience in Oracle Financials (EBS Cloud or Fusion) specifically General Ledger within banking environments.
Strong knowledge of banking finance and accounting principles including multicurrency multientity consolidations and regulatory reporting.
Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to postgolive support in a banking environment.
Experience with data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes specific to banking systems.
Familiarity with SQL PL/SQL APIs and banking reporting tools (BI OTBI FRS IFRS reporting) is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management problemsolving and leadership skills.
PMP Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Banking Information Systems or a related field.
Oracle Cloud/Oracle Financials certification is a plus.
