Job Description

Part II Architectural Assistant at AwardWinning London Studio

Are you a Part II Architectural Assistant looking to join a designled practice where creativity and collaboration thrive An established Londonbased architectural studio with an impressive portfolio of residential projects is seeking a talented allrounder to join their dynamic residential team.

This respected practice has built a reputation for thoughtful innovative design across multiple sectors including residential commercial and cultural projects. With a rich heritage spanning over 70 years they've evolved into a forwardthinking studio that values both design excellence and the wellbeing of their team members.

The residential team is currently working on a diverse range of exciting projects from urban regeneration schemes to highend residential developments. They're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with strong Revit skills while bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to their collaborative environment.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to work across all RIBA stages gaining valuable experience in both design development and technical delivery. You'll be supported by experienced architects who are committed to mentoring the next generation of design talent. The practice believes in nurturing creativity and encouraging personal growth with regular CPD sessions design reviews and social events that foster a strong studio culture.

They offer a competitive salary of £30£33k depending on experience along with benefits including flexible working arrangements regular social events and opportunities for career progression. The studio is located in a vibrant part of London easily accessible by public transport.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed RIBA Part II or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential)
  • Experience working on UK residential projects
  • Strong design skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities and teamworking skills
  • A positive cando attitude and willingness to learn
