If you are a salesprofessional looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! You will be responsible for providing leadership and supporting assigned account teams to ensure success for our Process Systems & Solutions business group this highvisibility role you will routinely interact with top executives while getting results for our customers and Emerson.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide Leadership/Support to Assigned Account Teams
    • Lead successful sales activities with assigned accounts through crafting/supporting strategic account plans.
    • Support Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned accounts
    • Drive internal and customerfacing meetings to ensure strategic alignment and identify future opportunities including scope expansion which resulted in successful sales results for Emerson.
    • Engage key collaborators including internal and external executives
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding bookings target for assigned accounts
  • Support Sales Leadership as needed
  • Develop key relationships with channel partners and customers within assigned accounts
  • Drive and facilitate channel partner success through corporate resource utilization and engagement
  • Support Process Systems & Solutions Business Processes
    • Responsible for managing and maintaining key pursuit activities per financial calendar for all assigned account pursuits
    • Accountable for forecasting key projects and account bookings & activities
    • Support and lead key business processes such as Delegation of Authority and Opportunity Reviews for pursuits in assigned accounts
  • Represent Single Point of Contact for Assigned Accounts
    • Enable and facilitate efficient internal and external communications through using internal and external networks

Who You Are:

You are sales leadership serving as a strategic partner to build grow and maintain profitable and longlasting relationships with key accounts. You readily distinguish between whats relevant and whats unimportant to make sense of complex situations. You are significant and make highquality decisions even when based on incomplete information or in the face of uncertainty. You convey clear performance expectations and follow up consistently while delegating in a way that empowers ownership.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Shown results in creating business growth and building effective relationships
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Process Automation industry
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred qualifications that set you apart:

  • Engineering Degree
  • 8 years of sales leadership and/or account management experience and industry experience
  • Validated sales records in displacing competitive platforms and finding new customers/ sites
