Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Williamsport (Inoffice FullTime)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a CLAM to join our team in Williamsport. This position has opened due to growth within the department. The ideal candidate will have a license and while specific experience isnt required a solid understanding of commercial accounts especially midtolarge accounts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing AZ Book of Business: You will manage the full spectrum of accounts from servicing to renewals and claims management.
- Account Types: The position involves working with a generalist book of business including mid to large commercial accounts valued at $25000 and above.
- Software: Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications:
- License: A valid professional license is required for this role.
- Experience: While prior experience is preferred we welcome candidates with any level of experience. Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational communication and customer service skills are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is key.
Work Schedule:
- Location: This is an inoffice position with fully onsite training for at least 3 weeks. Depending on your experience the training duration may be extended.
- Hybrid Work: The company allows a hybrid work arrangement though they prefer individuals who are not fully remote.
- Travel: No travel required for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and location ranging from $40000 to $80000 per year.
- 401(k): After 1 year of service eligible for a 6 company match on your 401(k).
