Job Summary
- At least 1316years of professional experience in the Analytics and consulting environment
- Good knowledge in data and Analytics. Health care/pharma domain understanding would be an added advantage.
- Experience in building ETL / data warehouse transformation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Data Management principles
- Good understanding of Databricks Data & AI platform and Databricks Delta Lake Architecture
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics Data Engineering & Cloud(Azure) capabilities
- Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk mitigation.
- Exposure to DS/AI/ML would be added advantage.
- Well versed with Scrum/Agile methodologies Strategy PreSales
- Effective and efficient business planning skills
- Ability to influence and mobilize colleagues without direct reporting relationships.
- Grow and manage large teams with diverse skillsets.
Exceptional communication skills written and verbal

Roles & Responsibilities
Owns the roadmap timelines and delivery of data engineering and data science work streams by building endtoend schedules and managing cross team and cross functional project timelines in collaboration with engineering management product management and business stakeholders.
- Lead multiple datasolution programs covering data pipelines visualizations data alerts advanced analytics and machine learning methods translating raw data into strategic insights and recommendations for leadership and business teams.
- Lead the technical delivery implementation and business adoption of new scalable and reliable data analytics and business intelligence solutions for crossfunctional teams
- Is the custodian of agile and scrum processes. Conducts retrospectives understands best practices drives process improvements finds new ways of operating with a focus on engineering efficiency and simplicity of processes.
- Ensures that the team is adhering to estimates schedule and agreed quality parameters of their tasks
