Digital Commerce plays a key role in Haleon across multiple Categories and Customers (with relative goto market models) ePharmacies Omnichannel Mass Market customers and Amazon.

Your Role at Haleon:

• Execute and refine Haleons digital commerce strategy across epharmacy omnichannel and Amazon.

• Lead and develop a team of two contributing to the Sales Leadership Team

• Build and manage key customer relationships including joint business planning and trade negotiations.

• Drive digital commerce growth through datadriven sales planning forecasting and performance tracking.

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing Commercial Excellence and Media teams for optimal shopper activation.

• Represent digital commerce in regional and global initiatives supporting Haleons digital transformation.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external digital commerce regulations.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in Key Account Management within digital commerce.

• Strong expertise in omnichannel strategies epharmacies and Amazon business models.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification MBA preferred.

• Proven ability to drive significant growth in digital commerce

• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Highly analytical datadriven mindset with a strong focus.

• Fluent in German and English with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
