DORN Companies leading the country in wellnessbased pain management and injury prevention is looking for an Independent Subcontractor to provide onsite services in support of employee wellness. Our primary goal is to help reduce pain and discomfort as well as risk of injury in the workplace.
Job Summary
DORN is seeking a licensed massage therapist to focus on providing deep tissue therapy myofascial release and selfcare techniques. Job specific training will be provided by DORN.
Location:Rio Rancho / Albuquerque NM
Start date: ASAP
Training: 2day training
Salary: $50/hr
Hours: 24 hours per week
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed medical massage therapist with a minimum of 3 years experience in deep tissue myofascial release and medical massage
- Interested in Exercise Physiology and Ergonomics
- Desire and willingness to be trained on additional services including ergonomics and biomechanics
- Strong observation proficient in SOAP note (PostSession Notes) tracking and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients and management
- Ability to coach and correct body movements with a positive attitude
