The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a MidLevel Lean Practitioner to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) Site Integration & Affordability team in Jacksonville FL The successful candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization using Lean methodologies. You will be responsible for supporting and leading process improvement projects analyzing workflows identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions to enhance operational performance. As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in ensuring strategic alignment across site transformation initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Lean projects to optimize processes reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct value stream mapping and process flow analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement Lean tools such as 5S Kaizen Value Stream Mapping and Standard Work.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Lean thinking across the organization.
• Track and report progress on project KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements and standardization.
• Identify root causes of process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to ensure effective implementation of Lean practices.
• Support the creation of a Lean culture within the organization through mentorship and training.
• Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
• Participates in determining objectives of assignments; plans schedules and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Jacksonville FL Location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience in data management
• 3 years of experience with data analytics and data architecture principles
• 3 years experience in a role requiring project / program management skills.
• 3 years of experience in process improvement or Lean management roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt certification is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Lean tools and principles (Value Stream Mapping 5S Kaizen A3 Problem Solving etc..

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain environments.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to drive change and manage resistance to process improvements.
• Knowledge of other improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Agile is
• a plus.
