Rivermatrix is seeking a Software Engineer II that shall be responsible for supporting the CCE Marketplace and services. The CCE Marketplace provides several containerized services that customers can provision and access on demand inside of a Kubernetes cluster. Some of the services include GitLab CI/CD Jupyter Notebooks Jenkins and several other products.
Task Required Skills
Experience using the Linux CLI
Experience with Bash/Python scripting
Experience developing Java applications using Spring/Spring Boot
Experience developing/deploying services on Kubernetes
Experience working with and developing REST APIs
Experience creating containerized applications/services using Docker
Experience with Git Version Control System
Task Desired Skills
Experience with creating Helm Charts for Kubernetes
Experience providing customer outreach and troubleshooting support
Experience with the Atlassian Tool suite (Jira Confluence)
Willingness to learn new languages and technologies
Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three 3 years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity.
OR
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five 5 years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity
OR
Seven 7 years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity.
