Limited Medical Sales Representative
Location: Pompano Beach FL (Exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Our client a wellestablished and highly compliant limited medical operation in Pompano Beach is seeking two experienced and driven sales agents to join their team. With a reputation for strong leadership comprehensive training and a work environment where employees thrive and stay longterm this is an opportunity to excel in highpressure onecallclose phone sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls to sell limited medical plans.
- Efficiently communicate plan details and close deals within a single call.
- Accurately complete applications without errors.
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in a fastpaced resultsdriven setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of success in highpressure phone sales (telemarketing experience required).
- Strong sales and closing skills with the ability to handle live transfers effectively.
- Fulltime availability and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude and a resultsdriven mindset.
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Option 1: $500 base pay with 25 commission on all plans.
- Option 2: No base pay with 40 commission on core plans and 60 commission on addons (averaging 50 commission per deal.
- Lucrative bonus opportunities earn up to $2000 per week in bonuses.
- No chargebacks.
