SUMMARY:

As a Senior Software Developer you will own and scale lowcode AI productivity applications across Oshkosh Corporation. You will lead innovation in AIenabled solutions including agentic AI systems to optimize workflows and drive digital transformation. This role requires deep handson experience with modern AI platforms and tools and the ability to scale their adoption enterprisewide. Additionally you will be responsible for understanding what tools are currently available in the market to lead buy vs. build conversations for AI productivity tool solutions.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Lead the lowcode development implementation and scaling of AI productivity applications across business functions
• Spearhead the adoption and deployment of agentic AI systems that automate complex tasks and workflows
• Partner with business units and crossfunctional teams to identify highimpact AI use cases
• Stay current on advances in Generative AI and recommend integration opportunities
• Create enterprisewide strategy and roadmaps for scaling AI tools frameworks and agent infrastructure
• Ensure best practices in AI model lifecycle management including evaluation prompt testing retraining and performance optimization
• Continue supporting core application development and maintenance using modern lowcode technologies
• Advise stakeholders on AI feasibility architecture ethical considerations and design tradeoffs
• Contribute to internal libraries and reusable code assets to accelerate AIdriven development
• Use agile methodologies for iteration management and continuous delivery
• Lead crossdepartmental initiatives driving AI innovation digital transformation and business process optimization
• Collaborate with data engineers ML engineers and platform teams to ensure scalable and secure AI implementation
• Identify evaluate and implement generative AI tools and productivity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Power Platform OpenAI Azure OpenAI) to empower business users.
• Lead the creation of lowcode/nocode solutions using AI tools to automate manual tasks streamline workflows and enable datadriven decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities for AIdriven improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant in applying AI and automation technologies to practical business use cases.
• Support proofofconcept (POC) and pilot implementations of new AI solutions and platforms.
• Facilitate training enablement and change management to ensure adoption and success of AIpowered productivity solutions.
• Partner with infrastructure cloud and application teams to ensure proper integration and scalability of solutions.
• Stay current on trends in AI and automation continuously scanning the market for innovative tools and techniques.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of lowcode software development experience with demonstrated handson work in AI (e.g. OpenAI)
• Proficiency in modern AI/ML workflows APIs and cloudbased AI services
• Experience leading projects involving automation AI agents or conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with prompt engineering vector databases LLM orchestration and model finetuning
• Familiarity with programming languages: ASP Python JavaScript SQL
• Strong leadership mentoring communication and stakeholder management skills

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science AI/ML Software Engineering or related field
• Experience implementing AI in enterprise or industrial settings
• Prior experience managing AI governance compliance and security considerations
