Electrical Project Manager Mission Critical & Data Center Projects
Location: Austin TX FullTime
Salary: $ 90000 $ 130000 willing to pay more for the right fit

Were working with a growing electrical contractor based in Austin TX with over 400 employees and a strong presence in the missioncritical and data center space. Known for their downtoearth peoplefirst culture this is a company where your experience is respected your input matters and your work makes a real impact.
Theyve got the backlog. Theyve got the tools. Now theyre looking for an Electrical Project Manager who knows how to lead from the front and deliver complex projects with confidence.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage electrical scopes on missioncritical and data center projects from precon through closeout
- Work closely with Superintendents clients and field teams to hit schedules and budgets
- Handle submittals RFIs change orders and cost tracking with precision
- Collaborate with preconstruction and procurement to plan the job right from the start
- Ensure safety quality and communication stay strong across all phases
- 5 years as an Electrical Project Manager (preferably in data centers or missioncritical work)
- Experience leading largescale projects from groundup to commissioning
- Strong understanding of electrical systems codes and project financials
- Clear communicator problemsolver and someone who knows how to lead without ego
- Proficient with construction software (Procore Bluebeam MS Project a plus)
- Solid project pipelineyou wont be stuck chasing the next job
