Description
Position Summary: Works closely with the Senior Email Marketing Specialist to ensure the smooth of email marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of email platforms creative QA processes and campaign management.
NOTE: West Cary Group employees living within 30 miles of Richmond Virginia will be required inoffice once per week.
Position Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with a project team to develop client marketing Email campaigns
- Sets up Email templates in online content platform with content and design developed by the Creative team with appropriate segmentation and variables for each audience
- Manages segmentation and versioning tasks using Email platforms and applications such as Taxi Message Hub and Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Oversees content management for data and module variables within Email creation platforms
- Attends and contributes to team planning meetings with relevant stakeholders to identify tasks within projects required for successful email launches
- Leads and executes quality assurance processes to achieve goals for highest level branding and design
- Provides quality assurance by previewing segmentations and variables ensures content renders correctly and variable data populates accurately.
- Organizes workload for efficient time management
- Meets multiple schedule deadlines on time
- Stays abreast of digital and email marketing trends innovations and successes
- Develops EMails for promotions marketing newsletters and potentially event marketing
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Role Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate strong skills in email setup variable logic and segmentation strategy
- Must bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to work crossfunctionally within a creative team
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to error identification and resolution
- Must be capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and a clientfocused approach
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 24 years of handson experience with email marketing and QA
- Strong familiarity with email platforms such as Taxi Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or MessageHub Proficient in using variable logic and segmentation tools
- Exceptional detail orientation and ability to identify technical and content issues
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under time constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within structured workflows in a collaborative creative team environment
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to continuously improve standards

Salary Description
Salary Range: $69500.00 to $76500.00
