Job Description
Loma Linda Post Acute is an 83 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility and is part of a Chancellor Health Care campus community which includes Linda Valley Villa a 98apartment retirement living community for the active senior. Our campus is conveniently located in Loma Linda near four major hospitals.
PAY: From 17 per hour / DOE
Duties:
- Preparing meals snacks and beverages following specific procedures
- Serving meals ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
- Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and food items
- Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols for their facilities including statespecified rules and regulations
- Setting up and taking down dining areas and assisting with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning
- Assisting with educational programs on nutrition
- Planning menus alongside Chefs Dietitians and Doctors
- Tracking expenses
Required Qualifications:
- Previous cooking experience
