Manpower on behalf of its client a leading manufacturer with specialization in motorcycle productionis seeking an Area Sales Manager.
Location: Athens Greece
Working Model: OnSite
You will be reporting to: Commercial Manager
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence within a designated geographical area. You will be responsible for optimizing sales performance fostering relationships with dealers and customers and ensuring that companys products are effectively promoted in the assigned territory.
More Specifically:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers and distributors.
- Provide dealers with support and training to help them promote and sell companys product effectively.
- Monitor sales performance manage inventory and ensure that stock levels meet the market demand.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer needs competitor products and emerge trends in the region.
- Organize and support marketing initiatives (ex. Newsletters or special offers) to boost visibility and sales.
- Expand the dealer network by adding new partners and providing operational support.
- Address customer complaints or issues in the assigned region to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in business administration economics or relevant field
- 23 years of experience in area sales manager roles with a focus on dealers preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Alternatively experience in FMCG wholesales would be an asset
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Selfmotivated and results driven personality
- Motorcycle & car driving license
- Ability to travel
