Job Description
- Performs a wide range of job responsibilities in all production areas as needed
- Properly removes all finished parts from the row.
- Consistently picksout and removes defects from a moving line.
- Follows all standard work procedures.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Differentiates between s defects and rerun defects
- Packs finished parts efficiently
- Any other duties as requested
- Ability to use both hands to pickup and manipulate small parts simultaneously
- Must be able to work overtime as needed sometimes on short notice or on weekends
- Ability to work at a fast pace standing or walking most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Can successfully work in a team environment
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures andtake direction from others
- Ability to differentiate between different sizes shapes styles and colors
- Ability to read/set scales
