Job Description
- Oversee and ensure all company assets are in optimal condition.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with ongoing projects and department financials.
- Conduct inspections to ensure high standards of work quality.
- Manage and implement health and safety policies across the department.
- Occasionally assist with other tasks in the company including deliveries and security.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in the maintenance field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- 3 years of experience in health and safety management.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of electrical systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
