Job Title: Manager Digital and eCommerce Parts and Service

Operating Company: Environmental Solutions (ES)

Location: Chattanooga TN or Remote

Reports to: Director Parts Operations

Department: Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital and eCommerce Manager will work with the Parts and Services IT teams and Digital Marketing teams to support the B2B and B2C eCommerce customer experience digital communications analytics and general marketing support for the parts and aftermarket service business. This revenue centric role will be responsible for driving profitable growth on Environmental Solutions ES) eCommerce platforms and deliver revenue accountable communications strategies via digital channels. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of parts marketing projects and communications tactics to support parts sales goals.

Your role will work cross functionally with parts sales service whole goods digital marketing parts product management engineering functions and IT to achieve our objectives.

This position must be filled by someone who has a passion for Aftermarket products an understanding of B2B eCommerce strategy and tactics digital marketing User Experience design and methodology and who will build indepth company knowledge. A can do attitude ability to multitask and excellent customer service skills are mandatory.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Leading user experience improvements for internal and external eCommerce and parts customers to drive revenue and operational performance improvements.
  • Support of key parts marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support Parts Sales and Pricing Teams in ad hoc promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate activities related to new accessories parts and parts kit releases such as photo shoots product features and attributes documentation and other media.
  • Collaborate across the Parts Service IT Product whole goods Marketing and other internal Terex teams to drive initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between parts sales service parts product management and engineering.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Terex enterprise eCommerce platform to drive improvements in User Experience and User Engagement.
  • Launch the eCommerce solution to new regions and brands inline with the strategic roadmap.
  • Support various administrative activities as needed.
  • Support and coordinate programs and processes to resolve issues and/or continuously improve business operation.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with IT and Development teams as well as the wider Terex commercial and operational organizations.
  • Ensure that colleagues customers and stakeholders stay informed of progress issues risks and interdependencies relating to operational plans and projects.
  • Travel is required for this position up to 1020.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 2 years in a Digital Marketing eCommerce or User Experience role.
  • 2 years of experience leading or supporting marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business related degree such as marketing or IT.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including external copywriting and copy proofing.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity problem solve and troubleshoot independently.
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
  • 34 years experience with web and eComm analytics.
  • Experience in demand and lead generation.
  • Experience working in a B2B and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Platform UX or IT related project management.
  • Experience in SEM and SEO.

Accountability: Accepts responsibility and accessibility for both the strategic planning and the successful implementation of all projects programs and duties as outlined in this job description. Advises supervisor of concerns problems and progress of work in a timely manner.
