The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a FirstLine Fabrication Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support the Fabrication team in Puyallup Washington on 2nd Shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
Acquires resources provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Manages develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or manufacturing environment
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
1 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work second shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety Quality Delivery Cost and Manufacturing data
1 years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
