Summary of Position
This role provides the opportunity to serve as key resource in the collection and analysis of data from multiple sources leading to Datawarehouse solutions and Reporting. Analyze data to uncover insights that increase business value and impact. Collaborate with coworkers and crossfunctional teams to deliver bestinclass and holistic solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach.
- Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues.
- Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.
- Work with the team to deliver key data management activities.
- This role will work with cross functional teams to understand business objectives research data sources and use appropriate tools/techniques.
- Performs assessment and maintenance of data integrity and quality throughout the department.
- Assist in monitoring and performing indepth analysis of data with documentation to determine areas of improvement or where investigation is needed.

Qualifications Expected for Position
- 5 years experience in an equivalent or related role
- Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Data Engineering or related field. In lieu of a Bachelors degree an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral comfortable recommending and presenting solutions to senior managers.
- Problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment and adopt a culture of ownership and initiative and promote such within the team.
- Understanding of data management best practices including Analytics SQL data management file management reference data management etc.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse modeling concepts.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from a variety of functional sources.
- Produce ad hoc reports to answer business questions quickly and accurately.

The base salary range for this position is$95000 $105000.In addition to a base salary this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to type of position location education level work experience and information is applicable for all fulltime positions.
