Job Description
Join our growing team of wellness enthusiasts and help share the holistic healing of infrared sauna with our community! Perspire Sauna Studio in San Clemente is looking for multiple parttime membership sales associate. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter team player ambitious and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with guests to sell monthly memberships to reach monthly sales goals
- Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
- Set and or edit booking appointments using MindBody Software
- Accommodate members make them feel relaxed and welcome
- Inform members of the benefits of Infrared Saunas
- Walk new members through the services
- Answer all questions about services and the spa facility
- Provide consistent friendly service
- Maintain spa facility and appearance
- Assist with administrative duties such as database entry
- Must be able to work on nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Passionate about health and wellness and willing to evangelize the benefits of infrared sauna to our community
- Excellent communication skills via in person email or phone
- Warm welcoming and engaging personality
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience with MindBody software and other basic tools a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorized to work in the US
COMPENSATION & PERKS
High earning potential starting at $15.50/hour plus generous commissions and bonus.
