Job Description
We Are Hiring:
Physical Therapist Inpatient Waukesha Memorial 0.5 FTE Days

Schedule Details:Department hours range from 7am to 7pm however typical shifts are from 8430.
Weekend and holiday requirements anticipate a regularly scheduled weekend shift built into the FTE.
About Us:
The department operates three inpatient service locations one at each of the hospitals in Waukesha Oconomowoc and Mukwonago. These three locations combine to complete over 2000 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic neurologic cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 55 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy occupational therapy and speech therapy

What You Will Do:
Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy a physical therapy diagnosis prognosis and plan of the ongoing effects of with and provides consultation to others in care physical therapist assistants and aides.
What you will need:
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
- Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
