Statement of Duties:Serves as a support to the Principal in the overall administration of the on the SMHS Building Leadership on SMHS Emergency Response TeamWorks with the building administrative team to create an optimum learning climate for all students that promotes positive student interactions learning and quality the lead in student management and discipline for high as one the primary bullying/harassment investigators for with the SMHS Head of Safety and Security and Principal to review plan and implement emergency and monitor Safety/Support Plans in collaboration with school designed practices to maintain safe healthful school for monitoring and addressing student with the community government agencies and courts on student related and evaluates teachers according to performance standards as assigned by Principal/ leadership in developing support systems for students such as conflict mediation teacher/student support teams and mentors to minimize disruptive student nonathletic HS activities and approved student nonathletic social school functions (i.e. dances plays proms whenever necessary in team meetings and individual or group conferences related to student programming and the requisite hours needed to meet the responsibilities of the aforementioned job description and be responsible for other instructional and general duties as indicated by the directives of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee and policies of the Saugus School other necessary duties assigned by the Relationship or Line of Authority: Directly responsible to the SMHS Principal and to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designees.
