Dhruvsoft is seeking an experienced Practice Manager/Assistant Practice Manager to join our Zohopractice team. In this role you will deliver highquality advisory and implementation services. engage with senior client stakeholders support business development initiatives and mentor internal team members. Youll also collaborate closely with partners and directors to strengthen client relationships and enhance practice management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in business development activities including proposal creation and client
presentations.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key client
accounts.
Oversee and manage Zoho implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and client
satisfaction.
Provide technical advisory services to clients on complex Zoho issues and develop
comprehensive technical documentation.
Support clients throughout their Zoho implementation journey ensuring successful adoption
and maximum benefit realization.
Analyze client data and processes offering actionable insights and recommendations for
continuous improvement.
Supervise coach and mentor junior team members fostering professional growth and development.
Stay current with new features developments and best practices related to Zoho applications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and deliver highquality outcomes with minimal supervision.
Exercise professional judgment to uphold the highest quality standards in all engagements.
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong expertise in domain knowledge project management methodologies and business development strategies.
Deep understanding of enterprise applications preferably Zoho or similar products and ability to effectively apply this knowledge in diverse client environments.
Flexibility to travel as required on short notice.
Robust analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure meet strict deadlines and manage challenging client situations that may require extended work hours.
High integrity strong work ethic and exemplary leadership qualities.
Qualification:
MBA or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience 210 years) in a technocommercial role involving enterprise software solutions preferably Zoho or related products.
Demonstrated experience managing client engagements across diverse industries and global markets.
