To strengthen our team we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) in a fulltime role starting as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process including job posting screening interviewing and onboarding new team members
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent
  • Working closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support
  • Point of contact for our employees trainees temporary staff and interns
  • Internal communication with all other departments
  • Preparation for onboarding and offboarding
  • Assistance with payroll preparation
  • Help with planning and conducting internal and external training
  • Planning and managing employee and trainee events as well as our wellbeing programme

What we expect from you:

  • Successfully completed training in hospitality
  • Initial professional experience in the HR department ideally in the service sector is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in standard office software
  • Organisational talent
  • Creativity in employee events
