To strengthen our team we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist for Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) in a fulltime role starting as soon as possible.

What you can expect:
- Managing the endtoend recruitment process including job posting screening interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent
- Working closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support
- Point of contact for our employees trainees temporary staff and interns
- Internal communication with all other departments
- Preparation for onboarding and offboarding
- Assistance with payroll preparation
- Help with planning and conducting internal and external training
- Planning and managing employee and trainee events as well as our wellbeing programme
What we expect from you:
- Successfully completed training in hospitality
- Initial professional experience in the HR department ideally in the service sector is desirable
- Excellent German and English skills both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in standard office software
- Organisational talent
- Creativity in employee events
