Overview
If youre looking to hit the ground running the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student the realworld professional experience youll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd and will be more than just a line on your resume.
From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year fulltime professionals. Its a teambased environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.
This role is located within our Orlando International Airport branches in Orlando 32812.
The Summer Intern program will begin on May 27th 2025 and end on August 9th 2025.
Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program youll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new exciting rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season well put you in the middle of everything just like our Management Trainees. Well give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles take care of customers develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship youll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program (parttime or fulltime) or a masters degree program (parttime or fulltime) with a graduation date no later than May 2026.
- Must be able to commit to a full time schedule from May 27th and end on August 9th. Some Weekend and Evening shifts would be required.
- Must have 3 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales retail serving/restaurant/bar or hospitality industry Leadership: military athletics/team activities or community social or academic organizations.
- Must be willing to accept temporary employment for the internship period.
- Must be willing to work at the Orlando International Airport
- Must have a valid drivers license in with no more than 2 moving violations and/or atfault accidents on driving record in the past 3 drug or alcohol related conviction (ie DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
