About the Role

Assists lead installer in installation of concrete coatings and systems from beginning to end. In this position the associate installer will coordinate with the Lead Installer and work side by side with other crew members. The overall goal of the Associate Installer is to work with their crew members to achieve completion of the installation project with the highest level of safety quality efficiency and conformance to the original plans and specifications.

• Some knowledge of first aid.

• Understanding of the construction industry safety standards.

• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral or scheduled form.

• Demonstrates patience with frustrated customers.
