Job Description
Faszination GmbH is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager in Construction to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to grow within the constructional engineering industry. You will be based in either Berlin Germany or Warsaw Poland working fulltime on a permanent basis. As a Junior Project Manager you will support senior management in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the planning and of construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in constructional engineering and project management. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 12 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Polish is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
