Job Description
What you will get to be part of:
As a valued member of both our Broker Recruitment and Sales team youll be working closely with our Senior Management and Sales Leaders in undertaking the following tasks:
- Headhunting top broker talent from across Australia
- Taking ownership of the endtoend Broker Recruitment process
- Driving strong pipelines for Mobile and Retail Brokers as well as Associates
- Partnering with internal teams and external networks to source great candidates
- Championing the Lendi Group brand and actively building market awareness
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pool across all key broker channels
- Sharing regular pipeline updates and insights with Senior Management
- Creating a standout candidate experience at every stage no matter the outcome
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience working as a Recruiter (internal or agency)
- Highly organised and has demonstrable ability to organise others
- Ability to work as part of a larger cross functional team
- A passion for creating a great people experience
- Autonomous with a demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
- A love of finance and recruitment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with great followthrough and followup practices
