At Hari Chand Anand & Co. we value dedication professionalism and attention to detail. We are looking for a skilled Backend Sales Executive (Female Preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in backend sales or a related field with a strong commitment to providing excellent support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by managing order processing quotations and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer databases sales records and other relevant information.
- Prepare sales reports proposals and presentations as required.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on orders through email and phone.
- Provide support in pricing product availability and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in backend sales sales support or related roles.
- Graduation is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detailoriented with the ability to handle data accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
